Our Team

Lindsey Myers, M.D.

Dr. Myers graduated her Medical Residency from Self Regional Healthcare in South Carolina and went to medical school at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, Mississippi. As a Family Medicine physician she is taking care of a variety of patients, expecting mothers, children, any age young or old. She, and her husband, Jimmy, have two young children who keep them busy during their spare time. She loves hiking, playing tennis, and playing the piano and clarinet.

Kenneth Colburn, M.D.

Kenneth L. Colburn MD has practiced family medicine with obstetrics here in middle Tennessee since 1991 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He graduated from Loma Linda School of Medicine, Loma Linda, California on November 30, 1980 and then completed a residency in Family Medicine at the Hinsdale Sanitarium and Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois. In 1984 he joined the staff of the Okinawa Adventist Medical Center, Okinawa, Japan. After serving there for seven years Dr. Colburn returned to the USA and settled in Livingston, Tennessee where he has spent the last 30 years practicing family medicine and obstetrics. Since his semi-retirement in October, 2020 he has largely limited his practice to obstetrics.

Dr. Colburn was married in 1975 to Sandy Bartlett and they have been blessed by this union for nearly 46 years. They have two children, Dwight Colburn and Tanya Petty who live in Tennessee and North Carolina respectively. He is the proud "Grampy" to Hudson Lee Petty who was born on March 19, 2018.

Throughout his life Dr. Colburn has been privileged to serve "God's Kids" in various ways. In his lighter moments he has enjoyed tennis, gardening, bird watching, and trail riding with family. Currently "grandparenting" tops that list.

Cheryle Levoy is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She moved with her family to the Livingston Community in 2001. She has been honored to serve the patients at Oasis Family Wellness since 2016.
